Rainbow Flag Award

Download (1)The Highfield School is delighted to announce we have been awarded the Rainbow Flag Award. Mrs Edwards has spent the last year gathering evidence and working hard to achieve the award.

The Rainbow Flag Award is a national quality assurance framework that focuses on positive LGBT+, (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, plus other related identities), inclusion and visibility. By achieving this award, it demonstrates the school’s commitment to improve the lives of all young people including those that are LGBT+, those from LGBT+ families, as well as LGBT+ staff members.
