SJL International Enrichment Day
Posted on 26/03/2025The Sir John Lawes Cultural Enrichment Day gives students in Years 7–10 the opportunity to step away from their usual timetable and engage in year-group projects. Year 7 explored the experiences of children from different countries, while Year 8 focused on human rights and social responsibility. Year 9 examined their role on Planet Earth, and Year 10 took part in a mock United Nations debate, discussing whether countries should commit to Artificial Intelligence regulations within the next decade. It was a fantastic day of learning, discussion, and new perspectives, giving students a valuable and enriching experience beyond the classroom.
