The Longdean School is a good school (Ofsted November 2019). We strive for excellence by teaching and preparing our young people to have confidence, to accept and respond to challenges, to have an enduring passion for learning and to become independent thinkers with respect for themselves and others.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, exceptional individual to take on the role of English Teacher on a fixed term contract (February - August 25). The successful candidate will be well organised, resourceful, adaptable, flexible and innovative. You may be new to teaching, looking for your first post, but will be a highly capable and have aspirations that the students in your charge achieve to the very best of their ability.

Declaration of criminal offences
